فيمن خشي أن لا يدرك الصوم بمكة
If someone fears he will not be able to fast in Makkah
Hadith 13438
١٣٤٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا إسماعيل بن علية عن أيوب عن عكرمة قال: إن خشي أن لا يدرك الصوم بمكة صام في الطريق يومًا أو اثنين.
Hazrat Ikrimah says that if there is a fear that one will not be able to fast in Makkah, then one or two fasts may be observed on the way.
Hadith 13439
١٣٤٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا ابن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن قال: كان يقول: في الذي يكون في الطريق إن خشي أن لا يقدم إلا يوم عرفة صام في الطريق ثلاثة أيام.
Hasan says about the person who is on the way and fears that he may not reach before the Day of Arafah, then he should fast three days while on the journey.
