في المحرم يلبس المورد
A muhrim wearing clothes dyed red
Hadith 13307
١٣٣٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا ابن نمير عن حجاج عن (حسين) (١) عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس أن النبي ﷺ رخص في (الثوب) (٢) المصبوغ للمحرم ما لم يكن له (نفض) (٣) ولا ردع (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) permitted the pilgrim in Ihram to wear such dyed clothes from which some color has faded and in which there is also no trace of fragrance.
Hadith 13308
١٣٣٠٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (ثنا) (١) شريك عن أبي إسحاق عن أبي جعفر (٢) ⦗٤٥٧⦘ قال: أحرم عقيل بن أبي طالب في ثوبين (ورديين) (٣)، فرآه عمر، فقال (له) (٤) هذا؟ فقال له (عليٌ) (٥): إن أحدًا لا يعلمنا بالسنة (٦).
Hazrat Aqeel bin Abi Talib wore the Ihram of clothes dyed in a rosy color. Hazrat Umar, upon seeing him, said: What is this? Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: Surely, no one teaches us the Sunnah.
Hadith 13309
١٣٣٠٩ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا أبو معاوية عن زياد بن سعد عن أبي الزبير عن جابر (قال: لا) (١) بأس (بالمضرج) (٢) للمحرم] (٣) (٤).
Hazrat Jabir says that there is no harm for a Muhrim in wearing clothes dyed in red color.
Hadith 13310
١٣٣١٠ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (ثنا) (١) ابن نمير عن يحيى بن سعيد (عن) (٢) عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن أبيه أنه كان يلبس الثياب الموردة وهو محرم] (٣).
Hazrat Qasim wore a garment dyed in red color while in the state of Ihram.
Hadith 13311
١٣٣١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا حماد بن خالد عن عبد اللَّه بن عمر عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن عبد اللَّه (بن عبد اللَّه) (١) قال: كان (الفتيان) (٢) يحرمون ⦗٤٥٨⦘ مع ابن عمر في المورد، فلا ينهاهم ولا ينكر عليهم (٣).
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abdullah narrates that some young men were wearing clothes dyed in red while in the state of Ihram and they were with Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them). He neither forbade them from this nor scolded them for coming wearing these clothes.
Hadith 13312
١٣٣١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا يحيى بن يمان عن سفيان عن يزيد عن مقسم عن ابن عباس قال: لا بأس بالمورد للمحرم (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that there is no harm for a Muhrim in wearing dyed clothes.
Hadith 13313
١٣٣١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا وكيع عن (عمر) (١) بن محمد قال: رأيت (على) (٢) سالم (يومًا) (٣) ثوبًا موردًا يعني وهو محرم.
Hazrat Umar bin Muhammad says that I saw Hazrat Salim wearing dyed clothes while in the state of Ihram.
