في الرجل يدركه (المساء) في اليوم الثاني من أيام التشريق، (ينفر) أم لا؟
If someone stays in Mina until the evening of the second day of tashriq, should he leave Mina or not?
Hadith 13246
١٣٢٤٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم أنه كان (يقول: من أدرك) (١) المساء بمنى وهو في اليوم الثاني من أيام التشريق، فلا ينفر حتى الغد من اليوم الثالث.
Ibrahim says: Whoever is overtaken by evening in Mina on the second day of Tashreeq, he should not depart until the morning of the third day.
Hadith 13247
١٣٢٤٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا هشيم عن منصور ويونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول ذلك.
Hasan also says the same.
Hadith 13248
١٣٢٤٨ - حدثنا (أبو بكر) (١) قال: ثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن عمرو بن دينار عن جابر بن زيد أنه كان يقول: [لا ينفر حتى يكون من الغد.
Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid says: He will not leave from there until morning.
Hadith 13249
١٣٢٤٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن عبد الملك وحجاج عن عطاء أنه كان يقول] (١): ينفر ما لم تغب الشمس.
Hazrat Ata says: As long as the sun has not set, he can go out.
Hadith 13250
١٣٢٥٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث عن حماد بن ⦗٤٤٢⦘ سلمة عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه قال: من أمسى بمنى يوم النفر الأول وهو يريد النفر في ذلك اليوم (فلا) (١) ينفر حتى الغد.
Hazrat Hisham's father narrates: Whoever spends the evening in Mina on the first day and wishes to leave from there on the same day, should not depart until the next morning.
Hadith 13251
١٣٢٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (ثنا) (١) أبو أسامة قال: ثنا عبيد اللَّه عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال: إذا أدركه المساء في اليوم الثاني فلا ينفر حتى الغد وتزول الشمس (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that whoever stays in Mina until the evening of the next day should not depart before the morning; when the sun begins to decline after the morning, then he should depart.
