Hadith 13237
١٣٢٣٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا جرير عن منصور (و) (١) ليث عن مجاهد في الرجل (يجمع) (٢) بين (الحج والعمرة) (٣) فيحصر، فيحصر قال: يبعث بهدي يحل به (ثم) (٤) يجيء من قابل بما كان أهل به.
Hazrat Mujahid says regarding the person who sets out with the intention of performing Hajj and Umrah, then is prevented, that he should send a sacrificial animal and become lawful, and then the following year he should assume Ihram from the place where he had removed his Ihram.
Hadith 13238
١٣٢٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا وكيع (عن) (١) مسعر عن حماد عن إبراهيم وسعيد بن جبير قالا: عليه عمرتان وحجة.
Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair says that for him, there are two Umrahs and one Hajj in the coming year.
Hadith 13239
١٣٢٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا غندر عن شعبة عن حماد في رجل أهل بعمرة وحجة فأحصر؟ قال: (يبعث) (١) بالهدي، فإذا بلغ الهدي محله (أحل، وعليه) (٢) حجة وعمرتان.
Hazrat Hammad says regarding the person who assumes Ihram for both Hajj and Umrah together, then he is prevented, he should send a sacrificial animal (Hadi). When the Hadi reaches its place, he should come out of Ihram, and upon him are two Umrahs and one Hajj the following year. And Hazrat Hakam says, upon him are three Umrahs and one Hajj the following year.
Hadith 13240
١٣٢٤٠ - وقال الحكم: عليه حجة وثلاث عمر.
13240 - Al-Hakam said: He performed Hajj and three ‘Umrahs.
