فيما نهي (عنه) (أن) يدفن مع القتيل
Prohibition of burying certain items with the murdered person
Hadith 12382
١٢٣٨٢ - حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ينزع عن القتيل الفرو والجوربان و (الموزجان) (١) (والأفراهيجان) (٢) إلا أن يكون ⦗٢٠٣⦘ (الجوربان) (٣) (يكملان) (٤) (وترًا) (٥) (فيتركان) (٦) عليه ويدفن (مع) (٧) (ثيابه) (٨).
Ibrahim says that the sheepskin coat, clothes, and socks will be removed from the slain (martyr); if his stockings are intact, they will be left, and he will be buried with his clothes.
Hadith 12383
١٢٣٨٣ - حدثنا جرير عن ليث عن مجاهد قال: لا يدفن مع القتيل خف ولا نعل.
Hazrat Mujahid says that the slain person should not be buried with socks and shoes.
Hadith 12384
١٢٣٨٤ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن (مخول) (١) عن (العيزار) (٢) بن حريث العبدي قال: قال زيد (بن) (٣) (صوحان) (٤): لا تنزعوا عني ثوبًا إلا الخفين فإني (محاج أحاج) (٥) (٦).
Hazrat Zaid bin Suhan says: Bury me and do not wash my blood, and remove my socks but do not remove my clothes. Because on the Day of Judgment, I will defend my right through them.
