If a Christian woman dies while pregnant with a Muslim's child, where should she be buried?
Hadith 12257
١٢٢٥٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (حدثنا) (١) جعفر بن عون عن ابن جريج عن سليمان بن موسى عن (واثلة) (٢) بن الأسقع في امرأة نصرانية في بطنها ولد (من) (٣) مسلم؟ قال: تدفن في (مقبرة) (٤) ليس مقبرة اليهود والنصارى (٥).
Hazrat Wathilah bin Asqa' narrates that if a Christian woman is carrying a Muslim's child in her womb, then she will be buried in such a graveyard that does not belong to the Jews or Christians.
Hadith 12258
١٢٢٥٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة عن عمرو قال: ماتت امرأة بالشام وفي بطنها ولد من مسلم وهي نصرانية فأمر عمر أن تدفن مع المسلمين من أجل ولدها (١).
Hazrat Amr narrates that a Christian woman passed away while she was pregnant with a Muslim child. Hazrat Umar said that she should be buried in the Muslim graveyard because of her child.
