Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Amr bin Masawwar that Hasan did not consider it objectionable to give Sadaqat al-Fitr one or two days before Eid.

It is narrated from Hazrat Nafi' that the collector of Sadaqat al-Fitr would sit one or two days before the day of Fitr, so Sadaqat al-Fitr would be given to him one or two days in advance. And Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) did not consider there to be any issue in this.
