في الرجل يخرص لم يجد فيه فضلا ما يصنع
If Someone's Produce Is Estimated but the Yield Is Not More Than Estimated, What Should He Do?
Hadith 11100
١١١٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: (حدثنا) (١) معاذ بن معاذ قال: أخبرنا أشعث عن الحسن في رجل خرصت عليه ثمرته، فكان فيها (فضل على) (٢) ما خرص عليه؟ قال: ما زاد فله وما نقص فعليه.
Hasan was asked: If the produce of a person was estimated and it turned out to be more than the estimation, what is the ruling? He replied: Whatever is in excess belongs to him, and whatever is less is obligatory upon him.
