Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Yahya bin Saeed says that the Sunnah method is that the collector of Zakat will take a rope (with which it is tied) with every camel, and with two camels, two ropes for tying the legs and another rope.

It is narrated from Ibrahim that Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq said: If those people refuse to give me even a piece of rope which they used to give to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), then I will fight against them.
