Hadith 10320
١٠٣٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مبارك عن معمر عن الزهري في الزيتون قال: هو (مكال) (١)، فيه العشر.
Hazrat Imam Zuhri states regarding olives that it will be subject to weighing and it is liable to 'ushr (one-tenth).
Hadith 10321
١٠٣٢١ - حدثنا ابن مهدي عن عمران القطان عن ليث عن طاوس عن ابن عباس قال: في الزيتون العشر (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) states: There is ‘ushr (a tithe) on olives.
Hadith 10322
١٠٣٢٢ - حدثنا زيد بن حباب عن رجاء بن أبي سلمة (١) قال: سألت يزيد (بن يزيد) (٢) بن جابر عن الزيتون فقال: (عشّره) (٣) عمر بن الخطاب (بالشام) (٤) (٥).
Hazrat Raja bin Abu Salamah narrates that I asked Hazrat Yazid bin Yazid bin Jabir about olives. He replied that Hazrat Umar had taken ushr from the people of Shaam.
Hadith 10323
١٠٣٢٣ - حدثنا زيد بن (حباب) (١) عن رجاء عن عطاء (الخراساني) (٢) قال: فيه العشر.
Hazrat Ata Khurasani states that there is 'ushr in it.
