Hazrat Ata says that if semen is discharged from a fasting person, his fast is broken.

Hazrat Ibn Jurayj says that if semen is discharged by a fasting person, his fast is broken. I asked, will he have to give expiation for the discharge of semen? He said, yes.

Hasan says that if someone, while fasting, kisses his wife or touches her and ejaculates, then this is considered equivalent to intercourse.

Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid was asked: If a man looks at his wife during Ramadan and, due to desire, his semen is discharged, will his fast be broken? He replied: No, he should complete his fast.

Hazrat Aamir says that if a man, while fasting, engages in foreplay with his wife and pre-seminal fluid (madhi) or prostatic fluid (wadi) is discharged, then making up the fast (qada) will not become obligatory upon him until that thing is discharged which makes ghusl (ritual bath) obligatory, i.e., semen (mani).
