Hadith 9593
٩٥٩٣ - حدثنا وكيع عن ابن عون عن ابن (سيرين) (١) قال: قال عبد اللَّه: من أكل أول النهار فليأكل آخره (٢).
Hazrat Abdullah says that whoever has eaten in the early part of the day should also eat in the latter part.
Hadith 9594
٩٥٩٤ - حدثنا محمد بن (أبي) (١) عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن قال في رجل قدم (في رمضان) (٢) أول النهار وقد أكل، قال: لا يأكل بقية يومه (٣).
Hasan was asked about a person who was a traveler during the early part of the day in Ramadan, and he ate something, then reached his (home) place; he should not eat for the rest of the day.
Hadith 9595
٩٥٩٥ - [حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن أبي حنيفة عن حماد عن إبراهيم في المسافر يقدم وقد كان أكل قال: لا يأكل بقية يومه] (١).
Ibrahim says that if a person returns from a journey and has eaten something, then he should not eat anything for the rest of the day. In Abdullah bin Numair's narration, it is stated that he should not eat anything in order to avoid resembling the polytheists.
Hadith 9597
٩٥٩٧ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن نمير عن حريث عن الشعبي قال: إذا دخل المسافر المصر لم يطعم شيئا (و) (١) إن كان أكل قبل أن يقدم.
Hazrat Sha'bi says that when a traveler reaches his city, he should not eat anything, even if he has already eaten something before.
