Can a Fasting Woman Chew Something for Her Child?
Hadith 9543
٩٥٤٣ - (حدثنا) ابن فضيل عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: لا بأس أن (تمضغ) (١) المرأة لصبيها وهي صائمة ما لم (يدخل) (٢) حلقها.
Ibrahim says that there is no harm if a fasting woman chews something for her child, provided that nothing enters her throat.
Hadith 9544
٩٥٤٤ - حدثنا وكيع عن شريك عن سليمان عن عكرمة قال: لا بأس أن تمضغ المرأة لصبيها وهي صائمة.
Hazrat Ikrimah says that there is no harm if a fasting woman chews something for her child.
