Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abu Huraira narrates that if any of you has doubt about wetness during prayer, he should place his hands on pebbles and then rub them together, and then continue to pray.

Hazrat Mu'tamir's father narrates that Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit, Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him), Hasan Basri, and Hazrat Ata did not consider it objectionable if a person feels moisture on his private part during prayer. However, Hazrat Ata says that if a drop actually comes out, then the ablution is broken. Hazrat Sa'id bin Musayyib says that if a drop of urine falls on your foot, there is no harm in it; neither is it necessary to repeat the prayer nor to perform ablution.

Hazrat Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) asked Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit about this matter, so he replied that there is concession in it.

Hazrat Humaid bin Hilal narrates that Hazrat Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked about a person who feels moisture on his private part after performing ablution. He replied that I do not find any harm in this matter, whether it happens after ablution or otherwise. Saying this, he pointed towards his mouth.

Hazrat Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman says that I asked Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib, Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair, Hazrat Sulaiman bin Yasar, and Hazrat Abu Salamah bin Abdur Rahman about the person from whom madhi (pre-seminal fluid) is discharged. All of them said: Consider it like a boil; wash what is visible, and leave what overcomes you.
