Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) considered it undesirable to tie the jaw during prayer.

Hazrat Ata bin Saib considered it undesirable to tie the jaw in three situations: in battle, at a funeral, and in prayer.

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) considered it disliked to cover the nose and mouth during prayer.
