Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Auf states that if a menstruating woman becomes pure before sunset, she will perform the Zuhr and Asr prayers, and if she becomes pure before the break of dawn, she will perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

Hazrat Ata says that if a menstruating woman becomes pure before sunset, she will perform the Zuhr and Asr prayers, and if she becomes pure before the break of dawn, she will perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

The same is also narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both).

Hazrat Ata, Hazrat Tawus, and Hazrat Mujahid state that if a menstruating woman becomes pure before sunset, she will perform the Zuhr and Asr prayers, and if she becomes pure before the break of dawn, she will perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

Hazrat Ata and Hazrat Tawus state that if a menstruating woman becomes pure before sunset, she will perform ghusl and offer the Zuhr and Asr prayers, and if she becomes pure before the break of dawn, she will perform ghusl and offer the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

Ibrahim says that if a menstruating woman becomes pure in the last part of the day, she should perform the Zuhr and Asr prayers, and if she becomes pure in the last part of the night, she should perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

Hazrat Ata says that if a menstruating woman becomes pure in the last part of the night, she will perform the prayers of that night, and if she becomes pure in the last part of the day, she will perform the prayers of that day.

Hazrat Hakam states that if a menstruating woman attains purity before sunset, she will perform the Zuhr and Asr prayers, and if she attains purity before the break of dawn, she will perform the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

Hasan says that a menstruating woman will offer only that prayer whose time she became pure in.

Ibrahim says that if a menstruating woman becomes pure during the time of Zuhr but does not perform ghusl until the time of Asr enters, then she will pray both Zuhr and Asr prayers.
