الصلاة التي أراد النبي ﷺ أن يحرق على من تخلف عنها
Which prayer did the Prophet (peace be upon him) intend to burn the houses of those who stayed behind from?
Hadith 5999
٥٩٩٩ - [(١) حدثنا أبو بكر قال حدثنا عفان قال حدثنا حماد بن سلمة قال أخبرنا عطاء الخرساني عن سعيد بن (٢) المسيب قال: كانت الصلاة التي أراد النبي ﷺ أن يحرق على من تخلف عنها صلاة العشاء (٣).
Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib narrates that the prayer regarding which the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to burn those who stayed behind from it was the Isha prayer.
Hadith 6000
٦٠٠٠ - حدثنا عفان قال: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن حميد وغيره عن الحسن قال: كانت الصلاة التي أراد النبي ﷺ أن يحرق على من تخلف عنها الجمعة (١).
Hasan says that the prayer regarding which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) intended to burn those who stayed behind from it was the Friday prayer.
Hadith 6001
٦٠٠١ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش (عن أبي صالح) (١) عن أبي هريرة في حديث ذكره عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال: هي العشاء أو الفجر (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that they are the Isha and Fajr prayers.
Hadith 6002
٦٠٠٢ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين عن زهير عن أبي إسحاق عن أبي الأحوص قال: (سمعه) (١) منه عن عبد اللَّه عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال: هي الجمعة (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is the Friday prayer."
