Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Ibrahim says that one can perform tayammum for the two Eids and for funerals.

Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Qasim, regarding a person whose ablution breaks before the Eid prayer and who fears that if he performs ablution, he will miss the prayer, states that when there is a fear of missing the prayer, he should perform tayammum.

Hasan, regarding the person whose ablution breaks at the time of Eid prayer, says that he will search for water and perform ablution; he will not perform tayammum.
