Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Imran bin Muslim narrates that when the muezzin would say "Qad qamatis salah," Hazrat Suwaid bin Ghaflah used to say the takbeer at that time.

Hazrat Ismail bin Abi Khalid narrates that when the muezzin said "Qad qamatis salah," Hazrat Qais used to say the takbeer at that time.

Hazrat Mughira says that even after Ibrahim said the takbeer, I could still hear the voice of the muezzin.

Ibrahim says that the imam may say the takbeer when the muezzin says QAD QAMATIS SALAH, and if he wishes, he may say the takbeer after the iqamah is completed.

Hazrat Mahal narrates that when the Imam said "Qad Qamatis Salah" for the second time, Ibrahim would say the Takbeer-e-Tahreema at that moment.

Hazrat Hisham states that Hasan considered it undesirable for the imam to stand before the muezzin says "Qad qamatis salah," and he also considered it undesirable for him to say the takbeer-e-tahreema before the iqamah is completed.

Hazrat Abu Ma'shar states that it was the practice of Ibrahim that when the muezzin said "Hayya 'ala al-salah," he would stand up, and when the iqamah was completed, he would say the takbir al-tahrimah.

Hazrat A'mash says that it was the practice of Hazrat Yahya bin Wathab to remain silent until the muezzin finished reciting the iqamah, and when he finished, he would say the opening takbeer (takbeer-e-tahreema). Whereas Ibrahim would say the takbeer when the muezzin recited "Qad qamatis salah."
