Hadith 2112
٢١١٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن سلمة بن كهيل قال: رأيت إبراهيم دخل الخلاء وعليه خفاه، ثم خرج، فتوضأ، (ثم مسح) (١) عليهما.
Hazrat Salamah bin Kuhail narrates that I saw Ibrahim enter the toilet wearing leather socks, then he came out, performed ablution, and wiped over the socks.
Hadith 2113
٢١١٣ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا عمر بن ذر عن عبد الملك بن الحارث قال: دعوت إبراهيم النخعي، وإبراهيم التيمي، فدخلا الخلاء في أخفافهما، ثم خرجا فتواضأ ومسحا على خفافهما، ثم صليا.
Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Harith says that I invited Ibrahim Nakha'i and Ibrahim Taimi. Both of them entered the toilet wearing leather socks (moza), then came out, performed ablution, wiped over their leather socks, and then both offered prayer.
Hadith 2114
٢١١٤ - حدثنا وكيع قال: نا سفيان عن رجل لم يسمه عن إبراهيم والحكم: أنهما كانا إذا أرادا أن يبولا لبسا خفافهما؛ كي (يمسحاها) (١).
Hazrat Sufyan narrates from a man that Ibrahim and Hazrat Hakam, when intending to urinate, would wear socks so that they could perform masah (wiping) over them.
