Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hasan (regarding the person who performed tayammum and then passed by water but did not need wudu, so he passed by without performing wudu, then the time for prayer came but he did not have water with him) says that he should perform tayammum again, because the ability to use water invalidates the previous tayammum.
