Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ata says that if urine gets on the clothes and it is not known where it has touched, then the entire garment should be washed.

Hazrat Hakam, regarding a garment on which urine has fallen but the exact spot is not known, says that one should sprinkle water over it. Hazrat Hammad says that one should sprinkle water over it, and Hazrat Ibn Shubruma says that one should search for the spot and wash it.
