Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ghailan bin Abdullah narrates that I saw Hazrat Umar washing the place of urine with water.

Hazrat Asim says that I have seen Hazrat Anas, Hazrat Ibn Sirin, and Hazrat Nazr bin Anas washing the place of urine with water.

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that washing the opening of the genital organ with water is very good.

An Asadi person narrates that I saw Hazrat Abu Hurairah wash the place of urine after urinating.

After urinating, Ibrahim took water and, putting his hand inside his trousers, cleaned his private part.

Hazrat Aswad, after urinating, took water and put his hand inside his trousers to clean his private part.

Hazrat Hasan bin Ubaidullah narrates that when Ibrahim would urinate, he would put his hand inside his trousers and clean his private part. I mentioned this to Hazrat Talha, and he expressed astonishment.

Ibrahim washed his private part with water after urinating.
