٩٧٣١ - [حدثنا يزيد بن هارون عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا قبل أو لمس وهو صائم فأمنى فهو بمنزلة المجامع] (١).
Hasan says that if someone, while fasting, kisses his wife or touches her and ejaculates, then this is considered equivalent to intercourse.
