Hadith 9701
٩٧٠١ - حدثنا ابن علية عن يحيى بن أبي إسحاق قال: رأيت الهلال هلال الفطر قريبًا من صلاة الظهر، فأفطر ناس، فأتينا أنس بن مالك فذكرنا له رؤية ⦗٤٢⦘ الهلال وإفطار من أفطر قال: وأما أنا فمتم يومي هذا إلى الليل (١).
Hazrat Abu Ishaq says that I saw the Eid moon at the time of Zuhr. Upon this, some people broke their fast. We went to Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) and mentioned the whole matter to him. He said, "I will complete this fast until night."
