Hadith 9683
٩٦٨٣ - حدثنا حفص عن داود عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: أعرابي أتاه فسأله فرخص له في القبلة والمباشرة ووضع اليد، ما لم (تعده) (١) إلى غيره (٢).
Hazrat Ikrimah narrates that a Bedouin came to Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) and asked him about having relations with one's wife while fasting. He (Ibn Abbas) permitted kissing, embracing, and touching with the hand, provided that it does not go beyond this.
