Hadith 966
٩٦٦ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم عن ذكوان عن أبي سعيد: أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ مر على رجل من الأنصار، فأرسل إليه، فخرج ورأسه يقطر، فقال: "لعلنا أعجلناك؟ " فقال: نعم يا رسول اللَّه. قال: "إذا أعجلت أو (أقحطت) (١)؛ فعليك الوضوء، ولا غسل عليك" (٢).
Hazrat Abu Saeed narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was passing by the house of an Ansari and sent a message to call him. When he came, water was dripping from his head. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Perhaps we called you in haste." He replied, "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "If you have intercourse but there is no ejaculation, then only ablution (wudu) is required, not a full bath (ghusl)."
