Hadith 9344
٩٣٤٤ - حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن هشام عن الحسن قال: إذا تسحر الرجل فقد (وجب) (١) عليه الصوم] (٢) فإن أفطر فعليه القضاء.
Hasan says that if a person has eaten suhoor, then fasting becomes obligatory upon him; if he breaks the fast, then making it up (qada) is necessary for him.
