Hadith 9334
٩٣٣٤ - حدثنا جرير عن ليث عن مجاهد قال: الصائم بالخيار ما بينه وبين نصف النهار، فإذا جاوز ذلك فإنما له (بقدر) (١) ما بقي من النهار.
Hazrat Mujahid says that until midday, the fasting person has a choice. When midday has passed, then the remaining part of the day is for him.
