Hadith 9299
٩٢٩٩ - حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن أشعث قال: كان الحسن يقول فيمن أفطر وهو يرى أن الشمس قد غابت ثم استبان له أنها لم تغب، قال كان يقول: أجزأ (عنه) (١).
Hasan says that if a person breaks his fast thinking that the sun has set, but then finds out that the sun has not yet set, his fast is still valid.
