Hadith 9137
٩١٣٧ - حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن أبي إسحاق عن هبيرة قال: قال عبد اللَّه: الصوم جنة من النار كجنة الرجل إذا حمل من السلاح ما أطاق (١).
Hazrat Abdullah said that fasting is a shield against Hell just as any one of you uses a shield as a weapon to the best of his ability against an enemy.
