Hadith 9123
٩١٢٣ - (حدثنا) (١) أبو بكر بن عياش عن أبي حصين عن أبي صالح [عن أبي هريرة قال: (قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ) (٢): "إذا كان يوم صوم أحدكم فلا يرفث ولا يجهل فإن جهل عليه فليقل إني امرؤ صائم] (٣) " (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: On the day when any of you is fasting, he should neither speak indecently nor act ignorantly. If someone speaks ignorantly to him, he should say, "I am fasting."
