في السكران يؤم (القوم)Can an Intoxicated Person Lead the Prayer?
Hadith 9041
٩٠٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ عن أشعث عن الحسن أنه قال: في السكران يؤم القوم قال: إذا أتم بهم الركوع والسجود فقد أجزأ عنه وعنهم وقال محمد: يعيدون جميعا والإمام.
Hasan says that if a person addicted to intoxication leads people in prayer and performs the bowing and prostration correctly, then his prayer will also be valid and the prayer of all the people will also be valid. Muhammad says that he will also repeat the prayer and the people will also repeat it.
