Hadith 8947
٨٩٤٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن (أشعث) (١) عن الحسن في الرجل ينسى التشهد حتى يخرج من صلاته فقال: إن كان خرج منها فقد تمت صلاته وإن لم يخرج منها تشهد قال: كان الخروج عنده أن يتكلم أو يدخل في صلاة أخرى أو يولي ظهره القبلة.
Hasan says that if a person forgets to recite the Tashahhud and exits the prayer, then his prayer is complete, and if he has not exited the prayer, then he should recite the Tashahhud. According to Hasan, exiting the prayer means that a person speaks, or starts another prayer, or turns his face away from the Qiblah.
