Hadith 8935
٨٩٣٥ - حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة عن عاصم بن عبيد اللَّه عن عبد اللَّه بن عامر بن ربيعة عن أبيه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من صلى علي لم تزل الملائكة تصلي عليه ما دام يصلي علي فليقل (من) (١) ذلك العبد أو ليكثر" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Aamir bin Rabee’ah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever sends blessings upon me, the angels continue to send mercy upon him as long as he keeps sending blessings. So it is up to the servant whether he wants to receive more prayers from the angels or fewer prayers.
