Hadith 8505
٨٥٠٥ - [حدثنا قاسم بن مالك عن أيوب بن عائذ عن (بكير) (١) بن الأخنس عن مجاهد (عن ابن عباس) (٢) قال: فرض اللَّه (تعالى) (٣) صلاة الحضر أربعًا (٤) وصلاة السفر ركعتين والخوف ركعة على لسان نبيه أو قال نبيكم ﷺ (٥).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that according to the saying of your Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Allah Almighty has made four rak'ahs obligatory in the prayer of residence, two rak'ahs obligatory in the prayer of travel, and one rak'ah obligatory in the prayer of fear.
