الرجل (يرى) أنه أحدث في الصلاةIf a Person Feels His Wudu Is Broken During Prayer, What Should He Do?
Hadith 8209
٨٢٠٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن عباد (بن) (١) تميم عن ⦗٢٢٩⦘ عمه (قال) (٢): شكي إلى النبي ﷺ الرجل يجد الشيء في الصلاة يشتبه عليه قال: "إنه لا يجب عليه شيء، حتى يجد ريحه (أو) (٣) يسمع صوته" (٤).
Hazrat ‘Abbad bin Tamim narrates from his uncle that it was mentioned before the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that sometimes a person feels during prayer as if his ablution has broken; what should he do in this situation? He said: Ablution is not obligatory upon a person until he perceives a smell or hears a sound.
