Hadith 8161
٨١٦١ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن واصل عن عطاء قال: قلت له أجد العصر من البول فتحضر الصلاة فأصلي وأنا أجده؟ قال: نعم، إن كنت ترى أنك تحبسه حتى تصلي.
Hazrat Wasel says that I asked Hazrat Ata that if I feel the need to urinate and the time for prayer arrives, can I pray in this state? He replied that yes, if you hope that you can hold it until you finish the prayer, then you can pray in this state.
