Hadith 8050
٨٠٥٠ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن ابن عون عن محمد قال: قال حذيفة هكذا واحدة أو دع وبيده (مسح بيده) (١) الأرض قال أبو أسامة: يعني تسوية الحصى أو شيء في موضع سجوده (٢).
Hazrat Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that you may level the pebbles for prostration by sweeping your hand over the ground once, and if you do not do it even once, then that is even better.
