من قال: أول ما يحاسب به العبد الصلاة؟Prayer Will Be the First Account Taken on the Day of Judgment
Hadith 7983
٧٩٨٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر (قال: حدثنا وكيع) (١) عن أبي الأشهب عن الحسن أن أبا هريرة لقي رجلًا فقال: كأنك (لست) (٢) من أهل البلد قال: أجل قال: ألا أحدثك حديثا سمعته من رسول اللَّه ﷺ لعلك أن تنتفع به سمعت رسول اللَّه ﷺ يقول: "أول ما يحاسب به العبد الصلاة فإن كان أتمها، وإلا قيل للملائكة: أكملوا صلاته من تطوعه"، قال الحسن: وسائر الأعمال على ذلك (٣).
Hasan narrates that Abu Huraira met a man and said to him, "You do not seem to be from this city." He replied, "Yes." Abu Huraira said, "Shall I not narrate to you a hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that will benefit you?" I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say that on the Day of Judgment, the first thing to be accounted for will be the prayer. If it is found complete, then fine; otherwise, it will be said to the angels, 'Make up for his deficient prayers with his voluntary prayers.' Hasan says that the same will be done with his other deeds as well.
