Hadith 7860
٧٨٦٠ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن أبي سفيان عن جابر قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "مثل الصلوات الخمس كمثل نهر جار (غمر) (١) على باب أحدكم يغتسل منه كل يوم خمس مرات"، فقال: الحسن فما يُبقي ذلك من الدرن (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Jabir that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The example of the five prayers is like that of a deep river flowing at someone's door, and he bathes in it every day. After narrating this hadith, Hasan said: Will there remain any dirt on his body?
