Hadith 7662
٧٦٦٢ - حدثنا ابن نمير قال: ثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) بن عمر عن نافع عن ابن عمر عن النبي ﷺ أنه رأى نخامة في قبلة المسجد فحتها، (وقال) (٢): "إذا قام أحدكم في صلاة فلا يتنخم قبل وجهه فإن اللَّه قبل وجه أحدكم إذا كان في الصلاة" (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) saw sputum on the direction of the Qibla in the mosque, so he said: When any of you prays, he should not spit in front of him, because during prayer Allah Almighty is facing your face.
