Hadith 7460
٧٤٦٠ - حدثنا معتمر عن أبيه قال: قيل لأبي قلابة: الحائض تسمع الأذان فتوضأ [وتكبر وتسبح قال: قد سألنا عن ذلك فما وجدنا له أصلًا] (١).
Hazrat Mu'tamir says that my father narrated that once Hazrat Abu Qilabah was asked whether a menstruating woman should perform ablution upon hearing the call to prayer and recite tasbih. He replied that we had asked about this matter, but we did not find any basis for this practice.
