Hazrat Abdullah bin Ubaid bin Umair narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to recite this supplication in the Witr prayer’s Qunoot: O Allah! All praise fills the seven earths and the seven heavens and all that is between them, for You. We also declare praise for You as those who possess praise and greatness declare praise. The truest statement is that which Your servant has said, and we are all Your servants: Whatever You wish to give, none can withhold, and whatever You withhold, none can give, and the wealth of any wealthy person cannot benefit him against You in any way.
