Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Hasan bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that my grandfather, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), taught me this supplication to recite in Witr: O Allah! Grant me to be among those whom You have guided, and grant me well-being among those whom You have granted well-being. Bless for me what You have given me, and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed, for surely You alone decree and none can decree over You. Whoever befriends You cannot be humiliated. O our Lord! You are Blessed and Exalted.
