٧٠٢٦ - حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن أبي إسحاق عن عاصم بن ضمرة قال: قال علي: الوتر ليس بحتم كالصلاة المكتوبة (١).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that Witr is not obligatory like the obligatory prayers.
