Hadith 6969
٦٩٦٩ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة قال: سألت حمادًا عن رجل لم يوتر حتى طلعت الشمس فقال: أحب إليّ أن يوتر.
Hazrat Shu’bah says that I asked Hazrat Hammad about a person who did not perform Witr until sunrise. He replied that I prefer that he should perform Witr. I asked the same question to Hazrat Hakam, and he said that if he wishes, he may leave Witr.
