Hadith 6853
٦٨٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن علقمة عن عمر قال: (كان) (١) رسول اللَّه ﷺ يسمر عند أبي بكر (٢) الليلة (كذلك) (٣) في الأمر من (أمور) (٤) المسلمين وأنا معه وأنه سمر عنده ذات ليلة وأنا معه (٥).
Hazrat Umar narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to discuss the affairs of the Muslims at night with Hazrat Abu Bakr, and I used to be with him. One night, he conversed with Hazrat Abu Bakr, and I was with him.
