Hadith 6840
٦٨٤٠ - حدثنا الثقفي عن عبد اللَّه (بن) (١) عثمان عن مجاهد قال: خرجت مع ابن عمر من دار عبد اللَّه بن خالد حتى إذ انظرنا إلى باب المسجد إذا الناس في (صلاة) (٢) العصر فلم يزل واقفًا حتى صلى الناس وقال: إني صليت في البيت (٣).
Hazrat Mujahid says that I went out with Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) from the house of Hazrat Abdullah bin Khalid. When we reached the door of the mosque, people were performing the Asr prayer. He stood there until the people finished their prayer and then said that I had already performed the prayer at home.
