Hadith 68
٦٨ - حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن أشعث عن الشعبي عن قرظة قال: سمعت عمر يقول: الوضوء ثلاث ثلاث، وثنتان تجزئان (١).
Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that washing the limbs three times in ablution is better, but if ablution is performed by washing them twice, it is also permissible.
